Coach/Strategist LF a team

I am stuck in Bronze looking for a solid team that plays every day, on a schedule... I am strict about attendance, 31 years old so I am mature... I was a Platoon Guide in The U.S. Army so I know how to lead. I have been playing LoL since the release of the game, and as you can see from my profile I have been playing a long time. I have played every champion in this game and am a master of all lanes and strategies. I have Silver 1 experience, but that is as high as I have climbed due to the wrong people. So if you need someone like me for your team, I can play any lane and would love to tryout.
