Diamond Jungler LF Consistent team mates

**Looking for an active team that has consistent players. **

Prefs: Average rank on team to be around high plat at a minimum Everyone on team to be 18+ but having 1 youngers won't make me completely disregard you Team that is active and plays at night. I can try to play during the day but I know I can consistentely get on at night CONSISTENCY. I can not stress this enough, I really want team mates that are consistent, I want to know that if my team mates were able to make a play with me one game it wasn't a fluke and they can consistently make the play. Also, If you go 11-4-6 one game you shouldn't be going 0-12-2 the next.

My background: Have been involved in competitive gaming since the late 90s. With the exception of the original starcraft I mostly played FPS games until around 2010. In 2010 I started to play SC2 competitively, competed in Intel's LANFest for their SC2 tournament in 2011 and was introduced to League. Since then I've been playing it as my main game. I dumpstered down to 300-500ish MMR my first season (Season 2) because I knew absolutely nothing about how to play a moba but was determined to learn and climbed to 1200 mmr before the season ended. By the end of Season 3 I reached Gold 1 and in Season 4 I hit plat. Season 4 I realized that there was still a whole lot to learn so I took my focus off grinding ranked and more on learning what it takes to carry. In Season 5 I reached Diamond and made it a goal to hit division 4 so I wouldn't look like a boosted animal. Season 6 I hit Diamond 4 again and decided it was time to further my knowledge of the game by relying less on solo carrying and being more team oriented. I've tried out for numerous teams but haven't found a good fit yet. Most teams I've tried out for range from Silver to Mid Plat and the games never felt team oriented, always felt like I was just carrying. I feel that if I find a team that carries as hard as me we'll be able to make it to the top of the ladder in no time.
