LF Golds to play ranked with (GOLD ONLY, read details)

Looking for Gold players who not only want to push to Plat, but also go tryhard to do it. I've been demoted too many times because people I've played with don't care as long as they're not demoted below Gold5. I'm tired of playing with people who don't give it their all because they don't have much to lose in their opinion. Not making a ranked team, it's just for dynamic. I'm an ADC main, and I have Curse and can also used Discord if prefered. I prefer to play with people 18+
