Gold 4 sup main looking for duo (Ranked) NA server

Title, I've been gold for 3 seasons, usually just stop at gold 5 cause previously I only cared about the border and the skin rewards, this season I'm actually trying to get to plat but having some difficulty. I've gotten to gold 2 on 3 separate occasions, and each time I do I immediately get demoted due to a combination of Legit losses, bad teams, ragers / inters, and riot match making being OP.

My backup role is top lane.
