Recruiting Support & Jungler for Serious Ranked 5's (Gold/Plat+)

I'm putting together a serious ranked 5's team at the goal of not only getting as far as we can up the rank ladder as a team but also to improve individually and as a team. We aim to do practices often along with duo with many members on the team to get the synergy rolling. We are looking for people in the Gold to Platinum range to join the team. Tryouts will be held for a few days or less to make sure we can tryout as many people as we can. However by accepting to do tryouts and or join this team you must be willing to take or give any criticism to your fellow teammates. Also we do want to have some fun and chilled out banter on the team, as long as when the game starts we mostly focus on our lanes. Most importantly a team only goes well with each other if they connect with one another. Even if it's not in a huge way, it still helps for everyone to get along in general.
