Recruiting for ranked 3s team

Team is currently Diamond but it would be nice to grind it to Challenger before season ends.

18+ pref Working microphone required (No sounding like you are in a wind tunnel)

Looking for people that are at least D5 in SoloQ. I will not accept lower and I expect your MMR to be D5 range, if you are D5 and your MMR is P3 I'm not interested.

Looking for people that have experience in 3s so I don't have to teach them the map. If you want to learn 3s don't add me, not interested in teaching, just looking for team mates at my skill level to make for an easy climb.

You will do try outs on a Gold team to make sure you aren't clueless, if things go good I'll move you to the Diamond team.

Sorry if I am coming off like a dick but every time I make one of these posts I get gold 5s adding me telling me they are easily challenger in 3s (meanwhile they have literally 20 or less wins in normal 3s with brozne mmr) or people that are Diamond 5 and have no experience in 3s at all and I don't find out until we are half way through the try out and they are 0-10 and then tell me they aren't use to the pace of 3s.

Add me in game if you are actually good and can be dedicated to grinding until we hit Challenger.
