Looking for Dominion Team

Simple, really. Looking for a team of people for Dominion. I actually enjoy the game mode and want to try other strategies/ideas/methods than the simple rush in kill capture defend back and forth. Nobody seems to have any concept of strategy for this game mode or the desire to actually treat it competitively. Too often I see "it's just Dominion" which I guess somehow makes it okay for them to go 0/7 in the first 8 minutes because they keep tower diving 3 people or something equally as fruitless such as half-assed back capping.
