LF long-term Support duo partner

I'm looking for a support duo partner who wants to improve their gameplay, while also giving/taking constructive criticism so we both can improve on any weak areas we may have. I'm hoping to find a support who is willing to give/take criticism to help each other improve. If you act really negative, too harsh or toxic then I'm not the duo partner for you... I'm silver 3 currently and ended last season at Gold 4, most of this was due to me taking a huge break this season. I'm down to use most voice communication software, but it's not required. I'm hoping to find others around the same rank who want to improve and form a possible friendship and some great synergy!

Champion Pool: Pretty much everyone other than braum, thresh, bard, kench since I dont have enough IP for them

Champion Pool: Taric, Lulu, Sona, Morgana are the ones I play the most...also have Blitz, Braum, Karma that I play sometimes too.

Anything else you may want to mention: Would like to get better and do better, but am not "hardcore" about the game. I enjoy it and enjoy having fun and getting better, but RL is always my priority.

Rank: Currently unranked--Gold 5 at the end of season 6 (mainly because i havent really played much in the past year), season 5 Gold 2, Season 4 Gold 5

Champion Pool: I am trying to re-learn everyone at the moment. Ones I know I am good with are Sona, Leo, Braum, Blitz (sometimes), and Janna. I am currently relearning Bard, Thresh

Anything else you may want to mention: I have not played in a little over a year, I am unranked and trying to get back into the game before I hit ranked. I am a little rusty, but still know how to play support in terms of warding, and vision on all people on the map.
