Plat 5 Adc Main looking for a serious team.

I can play most adcs but I main jinx, kalista(need the right support though preferably an aggressive thresh), corki, vayne and graves. Unfortunately team recruitment is littered with low elo teams, teams not looking for adcs and duo queue posts so I figured I would make my own post. I don't want to be part of a team that plays every once in awhile or abandons teams because of a single loss in placements etc. I want a team that will stick it out and climb. I want a team where everyone is in their main role and plays it well. I want a team that will not be toxic or flame. I want a team that plays to win but remembers its just a game. I don't care about going to tournaments, although that would be nice. But I do want a team that practices team comps and strategies(In normals or scrims of course). Please message me on this post 1st because I get a lot of friend requests so I want to know who is adding me if possible.
