Recruiting day time players for Ranked 3s team

I have a pretty steady night crew that plays from around 10pm-4am so looking to pick up players that are on consistently during earlier hours ( as in maybe 5 or 7pm to 10pm ). I currently jungle in 100% of the games the team plays, so mostly looking for more people that can play AP or Top. I might consider picking up another jungler if someone impresses me enough to where I'd trust them to play games without me.

The team is Diamond 5 and 27W-10L right now and has ridiculously high MMR. We placed Gold 3 and climbed to Diamond 5 in only 4 days. Because of this, I'm looking for high quality players that can keep the win rate on the team high.

I have over 16 years of experience in leading competitive teams to the top of their game's ladder. I dedicate a lot of time to analyzing games as well as individual performance so you need to be able to take harsh / brutally honest feedback. I don't kick for a few bad games but I do kick if I feel someone is not capable of keeping up with the team.

The goal of this team is to hit challenger within a week. I'm looking for players that can keep us on schedule since just playing at night seems to take forever due to our long queue times.

Requirements for team: **Microphone **( Firm requirement ) Able to be on at least 5 days a week for ranked matches ( Maybe willing to allow a little wiggle room here ) Mature and able to have a bad start in a game without tilting ( Firm, I don't enjoy playing with someone that gives up 3 minutes in because of 1 bad play ) High plat in DynQ with at least 50 games played ( SLIGHTLY negotiable. Not looking for someone that went 2-8 in placements and placed Plat 2 just because they had high MMR from last season, if you can't earn it this season then I don't count it as your current skill level. BUT if you are at LEAST p4 and can PROVE you have high elo 3s experience then I may make an exception. Simply being on a challenger team is not enough to impress me - you need to actually have games where you contributed to the team being high elo, roster riders are not welcome here )
