LFG - Devoted support looking for a serious team to climb

Greetings and salutations, summoner. I am a silver 4 support main looking for a serious and active team to join where i can climb out of silver in an experienced, cooperative, and communicative way. I put my all into playing as best as i can for my team in my role, and i want a team that will actually put it to use, rather than just a gaggle of yolo queue pubs that are isolated from each other.

I play regularly with and against plat and diamond players, and can keep up just fine, yet i can't formally make it out of silver. That is rather frustrating and admittedly depressing. I want to find the right people to do it with. I want to join a rank that is respectable rather than one that is overlooked and disregarded because i put all the effort that i can into being a good teammate. That is never to say i still don't make mistakes or fall short but i try to keep them to a minimum.
