Jungler LF Competent duo partner - Read entire post

I finished last season at Diamond 4 and currently at Platinum 2 in Solo/Duo Q. I am a jungle main and looking for a mid or top duo parther that can hold their own so that I can have at least 1 lane that I do not have to worry about. I have no desire to duo with bot lane because they are irrelevant in the vast majority of my games. I go a carry jungler so ADC output is more of a bonus rather than a necessity and any time I duo with a support they are either be carried, do bad or do neutral - never a carry.

I'd prefer a top that is either a carry or a tank initiator so we can just duo carry the games and not have to rely on the other 3 people to really do much.

For a mid I'd like either someone with high damage output or a lot of CC. A malz main would be nice.

Requirements: Diamond 4+ last season and P3+ currently. Must have been Diamond last season because I am NOT looking to carry someone higher than they've ever been before. I do not care if we use comms or not.
