Starting Low elo 5's team (Gold and lower)
Looking to fill all roles except support for a low elo team (Gold and lower) There's a lot of information here compared to most recruitment posts, please read all of it so you know what to expect with this team.
Myself: I have lead a team in the past which was active for about a year before real life forced our members to tend to their careers / families and abandon the game for a bit. I am a pretty chill person but am strict on the following things
- Treat each other with respect at all times
- Everyone has the right to voice their opinion on whatever
- Have a STABLE internet connection
- Be on time. If we say we will meet at a specific time and date,** BE THERE **<---------- most important rule
The team itself: Haven't thought of a name for this team yet, figure ill get to doing that once I have some people to actually invite. The team will have a set schedule that we will agree on as a group, aiming to play 2-3x per week and then aiming to participate competitions where we can find them. My availability is as follows and will likely be a very close model of when we would actually be playing
Sun: 8pm - 12am EST Mon: 8pm - 12am EST Tues: 8pm - 12am EST Weds: 8pm - 12am EST Thurs: 8pm - 12am EST Fri: 8pm - 12am EST Sat: 8pm - 12am EST
While not required, it would be a huge plus if anyone wanting to join the team would be willing to share some form of out of game contact info with the rest of the team, or at least myself so that in the event something comes up and you cant be at your computer you can still let us know whats going on / if you will be on at all. E-mail, phone number (text only) or some other messenger type app is fine. Again, not required, but I have found with my previous team that this was very helpful in keeping the team together long term.
