Looking for ranked 3s team gold+

I am a high gold / low plat depending on how in practice I am player currently looking for a similar skilled, like-minded group to do some ranked 3s with, my goal would be to hit plat/diamond eventually, keep up with common metas and strategies that work well, i would like to take it pretty seriously and I have a lot of practicing time currently, I am pretty flexible with playing whatever,

add me in game if you'd like to practice some 3s together.
