ADC main looking for serious ranked team

I would prefer a plat+ team but seeing as I am only gold 3 I know its kind of hard to expect that to be a thing. Know that I am a high plat/diamond player(Ill got more into that later) I just don't enjoy soloq and only play it when one of my support mains feel like duoing. You can look at my match history in ranked to confirm that I have plat mmr. Ignore the games where I am duo with m4d ritz or princess Haruko as they lowered my mmr. But you can see even with me duoing with Wizzerr who was silver 1 we were still up against plats. So if you are looking for someone who is plat+ feel free to try me out I wont disappoint you. I dont mind gold as long as you're good. I would just prefer plat+.

The main things I care about are: A. Will this team still be active 3 days from when we start? B. If we do bad in placements we will keep the team and climb as opposed restarting over and over until we reach that glorious 5-0 or 4-1 placement. C. All members are able to take on the fly criticism well? If I or another member tell you to stop pushing so much or getting caught as opposed to tilting and getting mad correct these mistakes. D. My support knows how to play more then 1 or 2 champions. I know how to play almost every single adc well. Yes I have 2-3 mains and 1 or 2 I am weak with and only 1 I refuse to play. I'm not saying you need to be godlike on every support champ but if you can only play leona I want nothing to do with that bot lane. Well that and know how to lane as a support. The basic stuff like how to buy, how to position, how to ward properly and knowing when and when not to engage/roam. E. The jungle should know how to gank, how to counter gank, how to ward, how to out-smite, etc etc this is basic jungler main know how. F. This should make E+D guaranteed I would prefer if every position was filled by someone who mained that position. I dont mean that its all you know how to play. But I mean if you were to go play soloq this is the lane you would want which means your top 3 champions should all be champions for your lane. G. We pick comps not just random champions. We need to know what comp were going to pick so we can ban properly. Are we going for a protect the adc comp? A split push comp? A poke comp? An engage comp? A disengage comp? A pick comp? A wombo combo? etc etc

Now about me. Current Rank gold 3. But I just started playing on this account. I already have plat mmr. Check my recent ranked history. 3/4 of the people in the games are plat. Highest rank I have ever reached is Diamond 3 and I hovered around 30-60 LP. Highest rank I feel I deserve is Plat 1. Champion Pool on ADC(I can play other champs well but as I want to adc for a team I will only list them). This will be in order from strongest to weakest. Strengths: Great laning phase. Great awareness. Great positioning. I can shot call. Great game knowledge. Great call outs. Weaknesses: I rely on my support a bit too much. If me and my support do not synergize laning phase will be pretty hard. I get greedy a bit too much. I have a bad habit of overstaying sometimes. When I tilt I tilt hard. What I am looking for in a team: Soloq gets boring so I am looking for a group of people who are cool to play with. I want us to be laid back and remember this is just a game but I want everyone to want to win. I want a ranked team for climbing, if we want to screw around with troll comps then we make a separate team for it. I would also like to hopefully get some duo partners out of this. Every time I find a good one they flake on me. I don't expect us to play ranked immediately either. I want us to practice and learn each others play styles before we hit ranked. Especially me and the support and the jungler and mid/top. I do want the ranked rewards as well.

TL;DR Then I am not the player for your team. I'm not looking for another do placements 4 times and never talk to each other again team. I am looking for a real team.
