LFD Gold 1 adc main

I have mid plat mmr(I've skipped 2 divisions already and play with plat 5s-plat3s when I am not duo) Looking for either a high silver/low gold duo to lower my mmr(because I can easily carry low golds) or a plat 4+ with good stats(60%+ win ratio and a good kda on at least your top 3 champs so I know you're not dead weight). I would pref a support or jungle main or a mid main as long as you know how to roam and teamfight. Nothing more annoying than the enemy mid always being bot while my mid never follows up and doesnt even punish the enemy mid by pushing and then constantly gets caught or positions poorly in teamfights or focuses the wrong target. As a support I would hope you know how to support. If our top/jungle has engage then you should be peeling for me in team fights. There is no sense in 3 people diving their team leaving me and the apc open to get dove by their tanks and zoning your main source of damage from the team fight. If you can't tell by this, I am serious about wanting to climb. I want to get back into diamond before the season is over. Voice communication is necessary as well. I have all of them to take your pick it doesnt really matter to me and on the same token if you are using your cell phone or laptop mic and have a crap ton of background noise I am not interested. I have a $300 headset so I know whoever I am in voip with will hear me and only me, not my air conditioning, neighbors mowing the lawn, kids in the background, static etc etc. so I expect the same. Doesnt need to be a $300 headset but I dont want to hear league echoing in the background or your roommates.
