New Bronze team, need 5 more members with flexible roles

Hey everybody, I just started a ranked team, and so far we've got 6 members (all Bronze) including myself, and I'm hoping to get 5 more so it stays more active if some of us aren't playing

Right now, I'm not too sure on what roles everyone in it mains, which is why if you'd like to join I would prefer your roles to be flexible. I need everyone to be able to play at least two different roles. My mains are top and mid, and decent at jungling, but not my strong point. That being said, we might need an ADC and supp main, since those are my worst roles, but I'm not sure if any members right now main them

Anyway, I'm gonna put a template below to fill out if you'd like to join. Either that, or send me a friend request and talk to me about it
