Silver 4 Looking for Team to join (Jungler/Mid)

I was Silver 2 in Season 4, and Silver 5 in Season 5 (because I was busy and didn't push myself), but now I'm wanting to join a ranked team mostly for the ward skin, so I've been brought here.
