Benefits:

  1. Players who are on a team will have their own logo representing the ORG.

  8. Scheduled out events, practices, etc. Worked out to your time schedule.

Rules:

  • If players can't make their destinated scrim/practice/tournament schedule, unfortunately, I'll have to replace you after 2-3 strikes. Although, I will place you on a new team once you have time to play!
  • Teams can request a conference meeting if things aren't going as planned. You can request for a (trade, replacement of a player, recruiting a new player/sub, resigning your seat, any other technical or personal problems with the ORG or teams).
  • Any toxicity or vicious intents are unacceptable, this project is meant to be a growing team community. If a team or player start acting out and continue to hurt the project, I will remove them from the team/org.

Are you a toxic player?: I am not toxic in the sense that I will try and degrade everything someone dose just to make them fell bad. I will point out mistake I see and say what I think would be better but even when I do that I'm not 100% thinking my way is the only way and I expect other to do the same.

How do you react to a bad situation?: If it's in the game I they to slow down and think of what is the best ways to win. Most of the time when I do this I end up getting in the the mind set of playing safe and we end up losing slowly from never taking any risks.

If it's a bad situation between the team or people in general I try to lay low and advoid geting involved in anything.

Strength and Weaknesses?: In league my strengths are I can usually get a lead and transfer it to my team with my champ pool. My Weakness is when I'm behind I end up playing to safe and losing from never going for any risky plays.

Strengths in other things are once I get to know people I developed a good synergy with them and I'm from Canada who doesn't want a Canadian.

Weakness are I can take somethings personal and overthink that I'm the main cause for things going wrong.

Rate from 1-10 your communication skills: around a 4 when I first meet people but once we have played for a few games around a 6-7

What are you looking for through working with us? I'm looking to have my mistakes pointed out and to develop my teamwork/team play skills

Do you have any tournament experiences?: In league of legends I played in teamspeak tournament when root gave to for those and over the course of a year won around 2000 RP

In lawbreakers I played in around 7 tournament mainly just for fun alpha and beta tournaments the community held

In brawlhalla I played in the Regional qualifiers I think is the name but got destroyed first round

In Counter-Strike played in a few community fun tournaments and got destroyed because I sucked at that game.

Work/School: I'm in last year of high school then going to University
