LF long-term Support duo partner

For a while now iv been looking for a support duo partner who wants to improve their gameplay, while also giving/taking constructive criticism so we both can improve on any weak areas we may have. Sadly, I haven't been able to find someone who stays around for the long-term, it's usually just play for 1-2 weeks and I never see them online often or ever again. If you act really negative, too harsh or toxic then I'm not the duo partner for you... I'm only a Silver 2 (gold 4 last season) I'm hoping to find others around the same rank who want to improve and form some great synergy! :)

Anything else you may want to mention: I've been playing since Season 3 and have good game knowledge. I know when to push/freeze, roam, I'm a strong laner, good preemptive vision, strong vision control, and decent shot caller. Average 7 pinks per game.

Champion Pool: Annie, Janna, Karma, Leona, Lulu (ssh), Morgana, Nami, Sona, Soraka, Taric, Zyra I can kind of do Braum, Bard, and Tresh. :^) and also Lux technically, but y'know... no one likes that aha.

Anything else you may want to mention: Been playing before "Season1", and have been gold every season save for S1. I recently took a small break, but am back and looking to get back into things with hopefully some new friends. I've played nearly all of the ADCs (save for Jhin whoops), so I also know their kits and what they can do. I try my best to keep timers on summoner spells in order for the jungle to gank and for us to properly exchange. Sometimes I can be a bit too aggressive, but am fine with some communication from my lanemate. I don't respond well to raging from someone I'm playing with (pubs don't count)... My weakest part is probably roaming during lane phase, but I'm willing to work on it ;v; I tend to like babysitting my ADC too much...

Only thing is, I work Fri/Sat/Sun 12 hours. So those are the only days you won't find me online.

If you're looking for a partner that has to do voice communication, then I am probably not the one for you :P. But I thought I'd fill this out just because, although I am Plat atm. We could possibly play when you reach gold 3 or higher. But that decision is up to you :^)
