Looking for Silver/Gold duo that's either ADC, MID, TOP or JG main

Must have been Gold or Plat in the past three seasons. I just need someone to follow up with me on objectives or help me get the team to cooperate as well as be decent in their lane. Add me if you're up for it. I play daily.
