Diamond Jungler LF Ranked 5s Team @ My Skill Level

Title says it all. Looking for a team that will EASILY get into D5 and then work towards going higher. Tired of playing on teams that underperform and require me to backpack so we don't lose. I know that a team that have 4 other people at my level would actually be fun to play on. You can check out my match history of ranked team games and see that I've been the carry on multiple teams.

If you don't have a ranked team but looking to start one give me an add, if we have enough people that are actually good we'll just start one but I'd prefer to join an already established team so that my team mates already have synergy; I typically fit into teams pretty well.
