Silver 4 Looking for a serious active team/Players for ranked.

Edit: That was impulsive wording for my title. I am not an owner of a team looking for players for it, i am asking to find a team or at least a duo partner(s) is what i meant. Sorry for confusions.

Im skeptical that this post will even attract any attention at all let alone the right kind im looking for, what with me saying up front im a lowly worthless silver scrub.

But i think my ranked games would be much better and more successful if i was playing with people on the same page and determined to actually get out of silver. Im not trying to call myself a pro but alot of my games are self destructive because of typical pub behavior whether im doing good or not and it's demoralizing. I WANT to climb the ranks to the high tiers. I feel that to actually achieve that i need to do it with an equally determined and experienced team instead of pubs that don't really care.

My resumé:

Summoner: Kotex (duh)

Age: Over 18

Gender: I am a certified person.

Server: NA

Language: English. Also fluid in ebonics and typo.

Timezone: Eastern

Availability: Just about every night after 5-6pm (est). I tend to play at least 1 game a day + however many i feel like/have time for afterwards.

Experience: I began playing casually since late Season 2/early Season 3. I've held off playing ranked until i felt ready. Im just deciding to get serious about climbing the ranks. Ive got all the most important runes, and there are only a handful of champions i still don't own.

Voice options: Skype and Mumble. I prefer mumble. Steam chat is also a possibility should that actually be necessary.

Lane(s): Im adequate in any lane and role but i prefer ADC ( ), mid ( , or Support ( )

Im willing to main a specific champion or role that a team would like someone to main for them.

Thanks to any for reading and potentially taking interest~! If interested comment or add my summoner (same name here) <3
