Looking for People to Climb out of Silver with

Hey guys,

I have been stuck in Silver for a LONG time and it's really bugging me. I keep on getting bad ADCs and mid laners. SO, I have come to you guys. If any of you are in Silver and are struggling with this same problem, and you KNOW you have the skill to get out, then consider queing with me. I am looking for mainly ADCs, Supports, and mid laners.
