Need help reaching D5

Hey guys, I've been in plat 1 for a while now, am I'm just looking for a good player to help to get to diamond, because I've really been struggling lately and have been on a bad losing streak. Basically, I'd like someone that's really good that's smurfing to dynamic queue with me to D5 XD. My schedule for Saturday/Sunday is mixed but I'm off all day Monday and am probably just gonna spam ranked all day.
