Sup main LF ADC main for Duo

Currently b2 but ive been as high as s2 (didnt play for awhile). Need a ADC who dosnt flame or rage too hard. Pref Sustain/Farm lane (seem to work better in bronze) Been playing mostly Janna but can play most supports Have Mic plz Reply on here plz
