That is like almost 70% I see every time someone LFM

Like sure its ok if you're doing that but keep in mind the players you are hoping to play with perform well also expect the same shit from you. If after a bad game and you both did good and bad here and you decided you don't want to play with them anymore, I'm pretty sure they don't want to play with you any more as well.

JS. Whatever you expect from someone, they're expecting the same from you so stop talking so much and do more

Hey man I agree, I stepped back from ranked awhile back, but it was absurd the amount of tryouts I got and they said "we're going to look for someone else, we didn't like you" most cases, it was cause I was a lot better than them and they didn't understand my thinking so I just went with what they said which was in most cases wrong, (imo). but they think they're superior because they're the ones "trying you out" they figure the people coming in are also trying the "employer" out as well.

Well if you are so much better than them maybe they fear you will try to step on their toes and play a certain way they do not like playing. I'm not saying this is right or either party is correct. However if that is the case just look elsewhere if their is a disagreement. If you feel you are that much better than the teams you are trying out for then climb to a higher elo and tryout for those teams.

After reading twice, I can't seem to find how this post isn't redundant from the title to the end. All you said was people keep the same expectations for you as you do for them. Which is common sense. Incoming new post, "Read this on the forums, players are now LFM"
