Support Main Looking for Team

Well, since a support main is so limited to ranking up by the team they are put upon, I am looking for a serious team that I can improve with. So far, I have made it to Silver 3 and am stuck with getting lost matches. Just add me in game if you are looking to add me to the team or to try me out. Voice chat is a requirement, whether Skype, curse, teamspeak or raidcall, there must be some sort of voice chat with the team.
