Looking For serious support for long term duo partner (High silver or gold+) (Botlane)

Since the season is over, iv decided to look for a Support duo partner at bot lane . I'm looking to have fun but also be serious. Looking for someone who is willing to take/give criticism and wants to improve. I'm also hoping to find someone who is talkative instead of someone who barely says anything. I'm hoping to get far this next season and really improve on my game and hopefully form a long term friendship/Synergy. My goals for this upcoming season is to get to diamond. I play all the adc's but Urgot. I have a lot of time to play usually so i'm also looking for someone who has 4-5 hours at least to play and must have skype (or curse) and a mic.
