Diamond Jungler Looking for Team

Looking for a team that has the goal of hitting Master/Challenger in Ranked Team 5s. I very much prefer to play with teams consisting of Diamond players that are 18+. I'm very active and looking for a team that is also very active. Ontop of being D4 in Solo Q I am the leader of a D4 team in 3s that I would like to finish grinding to Master/Challenger, so joining a team that also plays 3s would be a plus.
