Gold Support main looking for regular team

Hello, as the title says I am a Gold support main, currently in gold4, I have been as high as gold 2, and have been rising and falling between those two ranks for a while now.

I am looking for a group of people to play with, either casually or competitively with a preference towards competitive, that will consistently meet at specific times / days of the week.

Speficics:

IGN: Makior72 Age: 28 Discord: Yes Mic: Yes Main role: Support Secondary role: Top Comfortable shot calling: Yes Vocal: Yes, but usually only about information relevant to the game at hand. Team experience: Yes Team experience details: Headed up my own 5 man team for almost a year before we disbanded due to IRL issues taking the members in different directions with their careers and schooling, forcing us to either replace basically the whole team, or disband. I opted to disband rather than remake the whole team.

Availability: Everyday from 9pm EST and later. I can and probably will be on earlier than this most days, however due to my work schedule and them unpredictably needing me later than usual, this is the time frame where I can reliably be online.

Would prefer a team that is mostly setup already, but if you are still putting the team together that is fine. However if I don't see any tangible progress towards getting a team together after a few days I will likely resume my search.

Would prefer not to join a "gaming community" as my experience with said communities has been overwhelmingly negative (drama, in fighting, little / no activity, bossy admins who think they can tell you to drop everything you're doing and come play X game in X lobby right now, etc)
