High Silver / Low Gold top looking for serious team.

I am looking to join a serious ranked 5v5 team for competitive play. So then, lets jump right into it shall we?

Ign: Makior72 Time zone: est Times available: after 11pm most days till 2am, can make some changes to my schedule if needed.

Things im good at: shot calling, map awareness, last hitting, warding.

Things im not so good at: positioning if i am using a squishy champion. Planning out team comps.

Things i expect from my team

1. A set schedule that all members of the team will be held accountable to. I dont care if the adc is your bro, if he cant be at meets on time he should not be on the team.

2. Prompt removal of anyone who can not make practices. I have been on many raned teams and none of them have lasted longer than a couple weeks. The reason was always because certain people could not be bothered to show up. Replace these people promptly so that the rest of the team isnt wasting their time please.

3. Be able to take criticism without being butthurt about it. Be able to give criticism with respect to the other person. (If your an asshole, i dont wanna play with you)

4. Some kind of out of game communication needs to be in place for emergencies or to reschedule in the event servers go down or something.

5. Some kind of voip needs to be in place.

6. No ragers or leavers.

7. Sportsman like conduct at all times, even in all chat.

What you can expect of me

1. I will follow all of the above myself

2. Flexibility as far as champions and roles are concerned. If you lolking me you will see i primarily use leona and have a 70%+ winrate with her. This is because even though i consider myself a top main I am the team player that will gladly take support and do well with it when required. Which in soloqueue is almost every game cause no one wants to support. While i would be willing to fill support for a ranked team, i would like at least half my time on the team to be in top lane. Trust me, i get just as sick of supporting as the next guy after a while and it just feel good to kill something in top lane for me after 10 or more consecutive games of supporting.
