Help me power level to 30

I want to power level my smurf account to 30 because reasons. I'm currently level 16 on my alt and it would be fun to play with other smurfs/people who want to get better.

Smurf all you want. just don't get mad at people who are actually new. And don't sit there and tell people like "Oh im a plat smuf!" just don't please.... For your sake..

about a year ago

When I was level 15 and still getting used to PVP with my friends, I got my butt kicked in lane by a "Plat smurf"

I'm sitting here thinking.. "You beat a level 15... Have a cookie.."

honestly it just made them look bad..

The reason why I want to play with other people is to power level against premade 5's with a premade 5. In fact, my normals at this point I play against level 30's who have full rune pages. I'm playing at a disadvantage.

I know that feeling, When I was level 15 I used to Queue up with my level 30 friends so I was the only one who wasn't level 30.

and even when I was level 30 My runes were half done with teir 2s and 1s took me longer to fix that then it did to get to level 30... Haha Yea... I fell in that noob trap... xD

But Honestly If you have the skill, runes wont put you at that much of a disadvantage.. Being that your plat, I don't see you having trouble against normal bronze level 30s with full runes without your rune pages...

By all means do what you like but, you just may be too skilled for it to really affect you... You know?

Riots pre30 matchmaking is actually pretty impressive . Only time that you might get a smurf is at low levels or if you premade with others that mismatches your MMR . I only played solo leveling and I don't really remember getting smashed by anyone , more often then not I was the one doing great , but I was also doing like ADC Kayle lol .
