Looking for Support duo partner | High silver + | Mic required

About myself: I'm 18 years old, Pretty fun and laid back guy to chat with. I've been playing league for about 3 years now and have a great understanding of the game. Currently i work mostly nights, I'm in pacific time. I'm a use to be mid main until about 2 months back i switched roles to AD Carry. I'm still a little rusty on certain champs and like most league players, have a lot to learn before i can get anywhere near challenger.

What i'm looking for: I'm looking for a support who is not only in it to improve on his mistakes, but also tell me mine and in return teach each other to be better players. i deeply encourage constructive criticism and hope you'll tell me when iv done something wrong and the better way to do it. I'm also wanting someone who is interested in the "Long term" of being duo partners. by that i mean someone who will stick around and this not just be a 1 month thing. Now i'm not perfect as a AD carry and will make mistakes at times, You will too. I'm not going to judge you for them, Only help you to improve them as i hope you do to me. I prefer someone who is talkative as i like chatting about random stuff during pre-champ select or whenever we are just talking over game plans. I prefer skype and curse, But if you can open my mind to anything better, ill try it out. Lastly, I'm hoping for someone who can be open more in mornings between 11 Am - 7 Pm (Not saying play from 11 am to 7 Am, Only suggesting you be around those times) Some nights i can do night time games and stay up really late to grind out some games.
