Intelligence + Fun: Looking for a Duo-Queue Partner!

Hi all!

I am returning back to League and looking for some friendly sorts to partner up with as Season 5 kicks off. I'm typically around Silver 2 so someone within that skill range would be ideal! I main support but I am equally (un)skilled the other roles! At the moment, I am thinking of tackling Mid as my main for the next season.

What makes this request different than most? I have a super short survey that I'd like you to take! That way I can tell if we'll be a good fit from a psychological stand point.
