Looking for Team, Mid/Top mains, but decent at ADC/Support as well

Hello all in the LoL world. I am a Mid/Top laner looking to get into a team. I don't have the best record I'm sure but still improving. I game later at night, usually after 9-10 pm EST. I am currently B3 in solo/duo and was put in B5 hell in flex. I am looking to climb out but need some good players to not throw games and feed to do so. I have some friends I game with who are decently good but it's come and go with them and so I'm looking for more of a normal rotation spot on a team. Also looking for help and coaching on said team, not just hazing and cussing from others on here. I'm versatile as well so can do well in ADC/Support areas, Jungle is majorly out of practice but could be worked on. If anyone is willing to give me a shot just let me know.
