Silver 1 Top / Sup main looking for ranked 5's team

I am looking for a competitive / serious team to do ranked 5's with, so far my ranked 5's experience has been absolutely pathetic in regard to people either not showing up to scheduled meet times, raging at each other, no communication in VOIP channel, and other such things.

Here's a bit about what you can expect from me if i am on your team...

1 I Will show up to every meet / match 2 I Have a very large champion pool (missing 17 champs total at this moment) so trading in champ select is mostly a non issue. 3 Will not rage at team, ever.

Things i EXPECT from my team

1 If i show up at every meet / match, i expect my team to do the same not counting serious Real Life situations that require immediate attention. 2 I expect people on the team i am on to actually COMMUNICATE, if no one is going to actually talk during the match, then why on earth do you have a mic? 3 The ability to take constructive criticism, in game or out, and not be butt hurt about it. 4 not so much an expectation but definitely worth mentioning, i would prefer if the team i was on had some kind of method of communication outside the game itself, for example a basic free forum or something.

Champions I am comfortable using currently in ranked by position.

Top: Garen, Chogath, Mordekaiser, Volibear, Shen, Nasus

Support: Leona, Alistar. (I'm an OK sona and Janna but my lolskill.net profile does not reflect that)

I am available to play between 11pm - 2am EST most days, and on Monday / Tuesday I am usually off work and therefore able to play any time of day.

I am not interested in being a sub, I want to be part of the core team, as i believe if you are a competitive team you should only be on THAT team.
