Gold V jungle main looking for ranked team.

I'm a gold V jungle main. I want to join a ranked 3s or 5s teams. I've tried making my own but people are really inconsistent, and dont take criticism well when we try and discuss what went wrong in losses. So I'd like to join an already formed team, that has good communication so if somebody makes a mistake, we can actually openly talk about it, instead of rage. :)
Mains are : Wu kong. Vi, Lee Sin, and J4. Currently learning Rammus and Amumu. I'm comfortable on Rammus in ranked already if I want, however I'm going to keep practicing him. I do like to shot call sometimes, but not most the time. Besides that, I do have a job, however it's part time, so I'm off 3 days a week, and I'm available at some point every single day usually. P.S. A big reason I'm doing this is for ward skins, but I also really want to get an actual team that plays often, and practices so that I can always get better.

You can add me in game, or post here. I'll be checking the board every few hours.
