Looking for Duo/team to play with

So I just wanted to expand my friend pool for league. So here is a bit of a profile about myself

Desired Team Mate Behavior: I'm not one for sexual jokes, massive amounts of cursing, etc. I prefer behavior of the cleaner type.

Personality (when it comes to league): Typically competitive. I don't mind silly things but typically winning just takes priority to that.

Roles: I main top lane and sup (probably a bit better at sup but they're both about even) but I have a decent understanding and playing ability of every role.

Elo, skill level, whatever you want to call it: I am bronze four because I am absolute garbage. However, I can comfortably play with my friends at the high end of silver, and can occasionally hold my own in gold. I have ranked 26/52 ranked game wins this season and a total of 578 Normal wins not counting Aram or Dominion over the course of my entire league career (I have played league for about 11 months). Availability: I typically play one game every day if not more so I am available quite often (hence I would like my team mates to be as well)

Communication: I use skype but obviously other forms could always be used (this is just an fyi not a requirement or anything etc).
