[NA] Bronze Team Recruitment

I'm looking for 4 Solid individuals that have a desire to play well for a Bronze - Silver Team.

The perfect matches would fit the following descriptions / play style.

• Tired of Solo Queuing up into 'Elo Hell'
• Jungle, Top, ADC or Support.
• An understanding of other roles.
• Map awareness, good teamwork.
• Improving your game play with players of like skill level.
• 18+ Years old, able to play flexible and varying hours based on the team.

Ultimately, I'm also very tired of Solo Queuing. Not so much in the fact that It's hit or miss but I'd just much rather a constant, solid team that plays together every game rather than 3 or 4 random people every match that can be.. unpredictable.
