LF long-term Support duo partner (silver 3)

I'm looking for a support duo partner who wants to improve their gameplay, while also giving/taking constructive criticism so we both can improve on any weak areas we may have (Please try and be kind/gentle with your Criticism) I'm hoping to find a support who is willing to give/take criticism to help each other improve, I plan to practice in norms if possible. If you act really negative, too harsh or toxic then I'm not the duo partner for you... I'm silver 3 currently and ended last season at Gold 4, most of this was due to me taking a huge break this season. I'm down to use most voice communication software, but it's not required. I'm hoping to find others around the same rank who want to improve and form a possible friendship and some great synergy!
