Lowest possible ELO duo partner

I'm pretty bad, so I need some help to rank up. I'm not so bad that I'm looming t ok get boosted, I actually win pretty consistently when i play with friends but I spiral right back down when i go solo. I guess to be more clear I should say I am a Tank Support main, since I have yet to master the art of AA champs and farming, and the champs I am best with can't farm well melt turrets or get a pentakill without divine intervention I must rely on others to close out a win. Here's what I am looking for: ADC mains In Bronze 4 or 5 who play for fun and don't flame, that are online between 11pm and 3am ET
