Recruiting for a ranked 3s team that is climbing to challenger.

This isn't 1 of those 'dream about being challenger' posts, this is the real deal. I am the leader of a Ranked 3s team that placed in Gold 3 and climbed to Diamond 3 within 5 days. Our record is 36-13, giving us a 79.5% winrate in Diamond 3. This team is going to hit challenger.

I'm looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to fill the remaining spots on the roster. I want this to be a team that is not only capable of hitting challenger, but capable of climbing to the #1 spot by playing daily and grinding that challenger LP.

What I'm looking for in a potential member: Mature Have a microphone and know how to use voice comms Have a strong understanding of 3s Be able to follow what a shot caller says Have the skill to play vs high elo players. If going vs a diamond 1 or challenger player scares you, this is not the team for you.

Things I remove instantly for: Low rank ( If you are bronze 5, you aren't getting challenger in 3s. ) If you have no 3s experience. I can tell how many normals you've played in 3s. I'm not requiring 1000+ wins or anything like that, but if you only have 8 wins in 3s - you aren't ready for the skill level we play at.
