Team MegaMInd looking for serious players!

Ok so lets be real, some of you guys just thought, "I'm tiered of these solo queue noobs, I need to play with a team who gets me." Everyone who hangs out on the team recruitment forums knows this feeling. Sometimes you are able to get a team going. Most of the time that night is the one and only night you will play with these people.

 But this team is different! This is a team that are looking to play for a long time! This is going to be a serious team. We are looking to make new friends and have a strong team. So the plan is we will play 3 days a week.  I am thinking Monday, Tuesday , and Thursday playing between 7:00pm - 11:00pm (Pacific). don't want to say every day because that is unrealistic.  But with a schedule, we will be able to play much more than (whenever everyone is on). Is your next birthday on a Monday? Or you just dont feel like playing? Well to bad! No, just kidding. We have a solution for that to! We will have a sub for every role to take your place.You can miss any game on any time. We will just need a 24 hour notice before game time so we can communicate with the sub and let them know. This way we (as a team) play at least 3 nights a week!

 What are we looking for? So we are looking to build a serious team with not-so-serious people! We are here to have a good time and learn from our play and get better. We are not looking to go to LCS or go challenger or anything. We should enjoy our wins and try to SELF-analyse ourselves. With that said, i am really trying to get better myself. I record every game I play and intend to record every game We play as a team. I am planning on analyzing every lose we endure and try to learn from that game. I am not here to judge but i do enjoy analyzing my play. Since i am analyzing these games already i can also help YOU with your play! If you don't feel comfortable with that, that is ok. This way, we can all get better together. My brother and I are the creators of team, so obviously we are going to be playing on the team no matter what>.&lt;. We wIll also have subs and you guys can still play if any of us are offline. We are both gold players so we are looking to play with at least gold players.
