Recruiting for ranked 3s for challenger push

Alright, going to simplify this post as much as possible.

I am looking for Diamond 5+. I will not take anything less. On top of this, am going to use na.op.gg and check your MMR. If it says "Welcome to ELO Hell" or "Your Elo is lower than average for this rank" at D5, then I am not interested. If you are D5 and you are getting shit stomped by Plats on a regular basis then you are not the caliber of player that I am looking for.

Ontop of this, I am looking for people that have 3s experience. If you aren't already on a high elo 3s team, as in, a team YOU grinded, not a team that you joined that hasn't even played a game since you joined, then I am not interested. If you aren't on a high ranked 3s team but you meet my D5+ rank requirement then what I am goign to do is look at lolking.net. On there I can look at how many Normal wins you have in 3s. If you have 6, I am not interested. IF you don't have proven ranked experience in 3s then I am looking for somewhere around 200+ normal wins.

If you join my team you will be playing with people that are already amongst the best in SoloQ and veryexperienced in 3s. If you aren't experienced in 3s or able to keep your MMR above the top 1% then you won't be joining my team.

No exceptions. I don't care if you think you are good at 3s after playing 2 games. I don't care if you are only losing games vs Plat 2s/3s because of your team mates. I do not care. I expect the best to do the challenger grind and will not settle for less
