Silver 1 Supp looking for Duo to get out of Silver

Alright guys, I am one of those supports who wont let your adc die even if she has a peanut for a brain. However i have been stuck in Silver 1 for awhile now due to Other lanes lacking. So here are my Requests.

1. Dont be on Tilt, and if you are then please look at my Tips on being in Tilt.
2. Prefferably looking for someone outside of bot but adc is good too.
3. You need to be ready to make some Gamechanging plays. And try to Give tips to the other 3 players on what to do if they are sucking.
4. Comment your Ign, if you are a smurf, what role you will be playing and Why we should duo.

I will start first. Caytheles, I am not a Smurf but believe i Support to a Gold tier level. We should duo because in the bot lane. I am Dominant. I may be the support but the enemy will know what true pain and annoyance feels like. Not only am i threat to the enemy but i can be your Greatest Defense. i use Almost every support to my advantage and if the enemy teams support picks before me..... Then they are fucked, And if not then it may be abit difficult. but bot lane will succeed.
