Need a good smurf duo partner in silver to play with my silver smurf

I made a new account and tested straight into silver 3 with over 1350mmr, not sure how that's even possible, but it's just dropping like crazy every game i'm getting a top laner that hasn't played since the brawler fuck ups and feeds a darius 8 kills in 10 minutes, every bot lane is shit regardless of who they are because it's silver, i'm playing jungle tanks with good cc mostly, it's pretty fool proof if the team just lets me carry them, but i want a bit of extra assistance to hopefully weed out a complete autist each game, if you are any good and feel like playing and actually read patch notes and know who does what, add me
