Diamond 3s team picking up active players

I'm the leader of a Diamond 3s team. We were D3 but got demoted down to D4 due to a bit of a rough streak. Winrate for team is still good at 67.2%. The main problem with the team not climbing any more is due to us not playing nearly enough; we are down to pretty much 1-2 games a month at this point because of scheduling.

I'm looking to expand the roster a bit so that the grind can continue. The goal is to hit Challenger before the end of the season, anything less than that would be considered a fail.

Requirements: 18+ Experience in 3s Diamond 5+ (I'll maybe consider high platinum if you have a shit ton of 3s experience and appear to be close to diamond. If you are just roster riding on a high elo 3s team I'm not going to consider that experience. Also, amount of games in solo q will weigh in heavy for consideration. For example, if you are Plat 2 with 200 games and a 60% winrate I'm going to consider you but if you are a Plat 2 with 2000 games and a 50% winrate I am not. ) Must have a microphone and know how to use comms properly.
