Active Jungler Looking for Active Ranked 5s team

Between my main and my smurf I put in around 6-10 hours a day. I'm looking for an active group of players that are going to play pretty much every day in order to climb a ranked team to Diamond+. I'm already Diamond in Solo Q and Ranked 3s so I would really like to get it in Ranked 5s as well so that I have it in all queues. My ranked teams winrate for this season is around 90%. Been on a few teams but they all seem to die/stop playing after a day or 2. I'm looking for something more long term.
