90% of the time I fight a Hecarim 1v1, it ends with him ulting away. He's a slippery one.

Try Irelia, literally no way to escape from her.

Zyra can literally stall a tower push on her own without effort. Plant walls for the minion waves, tons of anti dive tools with her E and R. Insane damage if one person tries to push against her.
